10 Inch TV

If you're like me, you are probably wondering, "Ten inches!? I have body parts bigger than that!". Well, my friend, sometimes less is more, and it's not the size of the TV that matters, it’s the quality of the programming you're watching that really makes the difference.

But why buy a 10 inch TV? Well, first of all, it doesn't need to be your primary television set, although it could be, and that possibility should be considered. We've highlighted our favorite 10" TV below, then continue the discussion.

Okay, so let's talk about the real advantage of owning a 10” TV.

Portability: If you're like me, you hate to move and when you do move (and you will) wouldn’t it be nice to just grab the 10 inch TV and go? Do you really want to be stuck moving that giant set? Now, even if you keep your monster set, you can always have a 10 inch LCD TV in the kitchen or bedroom.

That way, you can stay tuned into your favorite shows while you’re doing other things, and the 10 inch TV does not overwhelm the room, and it’s easy to find a place for it.

Now, if it is your primary television, and I know this is asking a lot, but consider this for a moment:

What is enough? It is useful to define what enough is for yourself, regardless of what others may think. If ten inches isn't enough, then how about 100 or 1000? Where does the madness end? Consider a 10 inch LCD TV for your primary set. Ask yourself if it is really worth it for you to have a bigger TV.

Speaking of portability, with an inexpensive power-inverter and a power strip, you can plug this 10 inch TV into your cigarette lighter (labeled "accessory power" in newer vehicles") and take it with you on long road trips. Ever driven across Wyoming  or  Nebraska ?

Having reruns of Seinfeld running on the 10” TV in the passenger seat would be REALLY nice during those arduous journeys... But, as Jim Morrison once said, "Keep your eyes on the road and your hands upon the wheel."

Second only to portability is price. You could save hundreds of dollars by purchasing a 10" LCD TV versus a larger set.Now you can drop the savings into your savings account or cd, or buy a new driver to improve your golf game or even a new snowboard if you want to get really crazy.

The possibilities are endless, and doesn't money in the bank just feel better than having a giant TV sitting in your home? Yes my friend, sometimes less IS more.
